On the land…

Paros has one of the largest and safest road networks in the Cyclades providing easy transportation on the whole island. Those who do not dispose of a private vehicle can easily travel with the public busses (KTEL) to all destinations on the island regularly, safely and fast.

For those who wish to hire a vehicle, there are many rentals on Paros that provide very good service and dispose of modern vehicles as well as travel agencies where you can hire bigger or smaller vehicles with driver.

Moreover, there are taxi stations in Parikia and Naoussa with modern and comfortable taxis that will serve you at any time.

In Antiparos the characteristic red bus of Oliaros Tours starting at the port of Antiparos will take you on regular schedules to the Cave, Agios Georgios and other beaches of the island while taxis are also available.

At the sea…

Paros is situated at the centre of the Cyclades and it is the ideal base from which to explore the surrounding islands either with the ferry boats of the Intra-Cycladic lines or with smaller excursion boats. From Naoussa or Pisso Livadi you can make a one-day trip to Delos and Mykonos, Naxos, Koufonissia even Santorini.

There are regular ferry boat schedules all year round from the port of Pounda to Antiparos while in the summer small boats leave from the port of Parikia to Antiparos.

From Parikia there are boats to the beaches across such as Krios or Marcello and from Naoussa to Kolimbithres or Laggeri.

For your transportation at sea you will find many boats to rent that will take you to the beach of your choice while from Pounda and Antiparos there are many caiques that will take you on one-day trips around Antiparos with swim and barbecue stops. From Agios Georgios at Antiparos there is also a caique that will take you to the beaches of Despotiko.
