Italian Wind in Paros

Celebrating its 10th birthday this summer Buonvento welcomes us to our beloved terrace above the beach of Messada with the enthusiasm of the first year but the experience of ten years.
The Italian hosts, chef Massimiliano and maître Gianluca, match with success the south-Italian cuisine with the products of the Parian land creating dishes that are the fruit of the encounter of two Mediterranean cultures that have a lot to share.
Special among the new creations “Luna Piena”, a delicious shrimp tartar served with a sorbet of mango, lime and orange and a small salad of avocado, apple, flakes of crispy bread and pink pepper.

Tip: Watch the preparation of mozzarella from Parian milk at the special events!
