The elements of nature, the source of life, eternal allies, and sometimes adversaries of humanity have always shaped our journey on earth. Fire, air, earth, and water, universal symbols and driving forces of civilization, inspire the 14th Routes in Marpissa festival.

Through this year’s festival-related research, practices, and traditions began to resurface from the depths of centuries providing the foundation for the creation of thematic stations and original experiential activities awaiting visitors in the alleys and squares of the village during the three-day event.

The festival will conclude as always with tsabouna and toumbaki music by musicians from Paros and Antiparos, followed by an authentic Aegean feast with Nikos Economides and Kyriaki Spanou.
