Tell us a few words about your company
We set up my agency in 2010, after a three-year-long experience in a leading real estate firm, which was a real school for me. These were rather trying times for my finances and everyone discouraged me from doing it, but I followed my instinct and, with the support of my family, I took the leap. My company undertakes sales, business leases, property management for Airbnb-style rentals, property appraisals and after sales service.

What are the reasons that contribute to the growth of the real estate market on the island?
Two factors have helped bring Paros to prominence as a first-rate tourist and investment destination. The building of the new airport and its expansion to receive direct flights, as well as the promotional initiatives of the Municipality involving constant participation in international tourism fairs.

What investment options do Paros and Antiparos offer to the interested party?
Apart from plots of land fit for the erection of tourist units and buy-to-let luxury villas, there are plots in residential zone districts with high building height limits at reasonable prices, as well as old or half-finished residences well suited for renovation and resale offering high capital appreciation.

Would you reveal to us the secret of your success?
Success for me means making a good name for yourself in the market; having customers trust you and recommend you to each other. To achieve this, you have to be an honest, good listener, able to understand your customers’ needs and expectations in order to give them what they have been looking for. Last but not least, you need to guarantee confidentiality and avoid jumping to conclusions – it takes a lot of patience and perseverance.
