Member of the Aegean Cuisine with chef Nikos Economou, graduate of the renown cooking school Le Cordon Bleu Paris, creating a modern Greek cuisine from local products of the Cyclades and Greece with contemporary techniques. Open all day, Anargyros restaurant starts with serving amazing breakfast and brunch and continues with delicious traditional, modern dishes and fresh fish for lunch or dinner.
